Smaller fleets

A smaller fleet still leaks in the same gap.

You may not have a fuel analyst. You still have a card, a GPS, and somebody keying a unit at the pump. That is enough to lose money, and enough to check.

You do not need a department

The owner or the dispatcher can clear a short list. I will not hand a 20-truck fleet a process built for a staff of analysts.

The Southeast proof point is a fleet of 200 or more. I will not pretend a smaller fleet saves the same dollars. I will tell you on the call if the spend is too small for the work.

The setup is still light

Read-only access. Usually under an hour on your side. Two weeks from that access for the first report. No new software for drivers.

If you run one card and one GPS, say so. Simple stacks are easier, not harder.

What I look for

When a small fleet should bother

01

Nobody matches today

The statement is paid and never checked against a truck.

02

One person knows

If that person is out, fuel questions stop.

03

The spend is real

If fuel is a top cost, a short audit is rational even without 200 trucks.

Short answers

Before you book.

Next step

Let's see if your spend is large enough to look.

15 minutes. A honest no is a fine result.

15 minutes. Your trucks, your systems, and whether an audit is worth it. I reply within one business day. Privacy.
