Owners

You should see the week, not every swipe.

If you own the fleet, your question is whether fuel spend matches trucks. You should not have to learn a card portal to get that answer.

The number that matters

How much fuel was bought, how much can be tied to a truck, and how much cannot. That is the owner view. The names and the receipts live one level down, with the person who will actually pull them.

On a Southeast fleet of 200 or more trucks, the first week caught more than $2,000 in theft and card misuse, and four months showed $18,400 saved, with idle hours down 11 percent. I cannot name that operator. I will not paste those results onto your fleet.

A small fee, and a way out

The work starts with an audit, then a small monthly fee if you want it to keep running. I do not publish a rate card. If the audit does not pay, we stop. You keep the findings. There is no long contract.

You do not install software. You grant read-only access. Setup on your side is usually under an hour. The two weeks are mine.

What I look for

What an owner should ask on Monday

01

What was verified

Gallons you can defend.

02

What is open

Dollars still waiting on a person.

03

What is a habit

Unit mixups, separated so they do not inflate theft.
