Safety

Safety has the video. They should not hunt for it.

A fuel review that starts in the camera system wastes the safety team. The match should already say which stop, which unit, and which minute.

Video is a check, not the search

On the example, the Vargas line says pull receipts and video because the truck was about 41 miles away. That is a safety request with a time and a unit. It is not pull last week and see.

Fourteen later flags on the Southeast fleet added $3,180 after receipts and video were pulled. Video confirmed. It did not replace the match.

I do not live in the safety system

Samsara, Motive, or another safety stack stays yours. I may need a read when a line is open. I do not need a seat in the coaching workflow, and I do not write events back.

If there is no camera, the GPS and the card still stand. Lack of video is not a reason to drop a far-away swipe.

What I look for

A fair request to safety

01

Unit and minute

So nobody scrubs an entire shift.

02

The question

Was this tractor at this pump, yes or no.

03

A stop rule

If the match is clean, safety never hears about it.

Short answers

Before you book.

Next step

Let's stop sending safety on a fishing trip.

15 minutes. Tell me who owns video today and how often fuel drags them in.

15 minutes. Your trucks, your systems, and whether an audit is worth it. I reply within one business day. Privacy.
