Which unit
The tractor, not the typed number if those differ.
Proof
A receipt or a camera answers a question the match already asked. They are a terrible way to find the question.
Unit, time, pump, distance. On the example, unit 3704 was about 41 miles from Ocala. That is enough to ask for a receipt and a clip. It is not enough to skip the ask and call it theft.
Fourteen later flags on the 200-truck fleet added $3,180 once receipts and video were pulled. The dollars came after the proof, which is the correct order.
Every swipe. Every mixup that already shows fuel in a fleet tank. Every unit with a dead sensor, unless you are fixing the sensor and want a before picture.
If the receipt is gone and the camera was off, the row stays a review item with weaker evidence. I do not upgrade it to fact.
What I look for
The tractor, not the typed number if those differ.
So the clip is a minute, not a shift.
Was this truck at this pump, and did the gallons fit.
Short answers
Your team. I tell you which one. I do not call the truck stop.
Then the row stays open and the contradiction is the finding. I do not average them.
Next step
15 minutes. If your team is already drowning in footage, the match is the relief.
