How AxleLens handles information.

The website

If you send the form, I receive your name, work email, company, role, fleet size, fuel card, telematics, and whatever you write in the note. I also store the page you sent it from, the time, and any campaign parameters that were on the link. I use that to reply. I do not sell inquiries.

The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. Their processing is covered by Netlify's privacy policy.

If analytics is enabled, the site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. That measurement is used to understand the site, not to build an advertising profile for sale.

Fleet engagements

Access is read-only. You create the keys in your own accounts, one system at a time, and you can revoke them. I cannot change a load, a card limit, or a driver record. I do not write back to your systems.

I keep working copies only for the engagement and delete them within 30 days after we stop, unless you ask me to keep a finding pack. Findings stay yours either way. I do not use your fleet data to train public models.

I use careful handling habits from healthcare work. This practice does not hold a SOC 2 report or a HIPAA certification. Do not send driver medical files, Social Security numbers, or other records the fuel audit does not need.
