The call

Bring the names of the systems, not a data dump.

The call is 15 minutes. I need to know what you run and who feels the pain. I do not need last year's card file in a contact form.

Enough for a yes or a no

Fleet size, card, telematics, and whether a TMS exists. Who owns fuel questions today. Whether anyone matches swipes to trucks now. That is a full call.

If the answer is that fuel is a small cost and someone already matches it daily, I will say you do not need me. That is a successful call.

What not to send

Do not attach card numbers, driver files, or a full export to the website form. The form tells me how to reach you. The files move later, through keys you control, if we start.

I reply within one business day. The two-week clock does not start on the call. It starts when access exists.

What I look for

Have these in your head

01

Rough truck count

Under 25, up to 75, up to 200, or more.

02

The two brands

Card and GPS. Other is a fine answer.

03

The pain in one line

Theft, typos, or a report nobody trusts.

Short answers

Before you book.

Next step

Book the 15 minutes.

Your trucks, your card, your GPS. I will tell you if an audit is worth it.

15 minutes. Your trucks, your systems, and whether an audit is worth it. I reply within one business day. Privacy.
