Motive

Motive already has the ping. The card has the gallon.

If Motive is the system on the truck, that is the GPS I use. I am not asking you to rip it out for a fuel project.

Same match, different box

The method does not change because the logo on the tablet changed. Swipe, truck, time. Motive is simply the place the location lives.

Safety data in Motive, including video if you have it, stays yours. I ask for it only when a review line needs a look, and I do not export a fishing archive.

Access stays in your account

You create a read-only path. I cannot edit logs, duty status, or a vehicle. If the key feels too wide, narrow it. I would rather have locations and nothing else than a key nobody wants to grant.

WEX, Relay, Comdata, or another card can sit on the other side. Tell me which one. I do not require a specific pair.

What I look for

A Motive audit still needs the card

01

Locations

Enough pings to say whether the truck could have been at the pump.

02

Purchases

The card file, with unit, time, and gallons.

03

A person

Someone on your side who can open a receipt when the list is short.

Short answers

Before you book.

Next step

Let's pair Motive with the fuel card.

No second GPS bill. No new app for drivers.

15 minutes. Your trucks, your systems, and whether an audit is worth it. I reply within one business day. Privacy.
