Transactions
Time, location, gallons, product, and the unit prompt.
Relay
A Relay transaction is a strong record of a purchase. It is not, by itself, proof the fuel went into your tractor. That proof sits in GPS and the tank.
I do not issue cards, change limits, or take a cut of fuel. I read the Relay activity you can export or open read-only, then match it.
The unit prompt is where mixups start. Relay recorded what was typed. GPS recorded what moved. The gap between those two is the audit.
Purchases, locations, and the TMS if you have one. Theft, misuse, wrong units, and sensors that cannot be trusted, in separate piles.
If Relay is only part of the spend, bring the other card too. A partial card file makes a partial audit, and I will say that on the first call.
What I look for
Time, location, gallons, product, and the unit prompt.
Which card, so a pattern can be named without a speech.
Read-only is enough. I should not be able to move money.
Short answers
No. I read the data. Your team keeps working in Relay.
Price and gallons are part of the match. I am not renegotiating your fuel contract.
Next step
15 minutes if Relay is the card and you already have GPS.
