Comdata
Comdata fleets often already have the controls and still cannot see a stolen fill next to a typo. The join is the missing piece.
Limits, prompts, and product blocks are useful. They do not answer whether the truck was at the pump. A prompt can be satisfied with a wrong number and the charge still posts.
I read the posted transactions. I do not redesign the control set on the first week. If a control is obviously unused, I will say so after the match shows the habit.
A Comdata charge with fuel in a fleet tank and the wrong unit is dispatch. A charge with no truck is a review. A charge on a unit with a wild sensor is unverifiable.
That split is the same one I used for other cards. The brand changes the file layout, not the question.
What I look for
Posted purchases with time, site, gallons, and prompts.
A login or file that cannot move funds.
GPS and, if you have it, the TMS. The card alone is not the audit.
Short answers
No. You grant the read. I do not sit between you and the card company.
They stop some sloppiness. They do not prove a truck was present.
Next step
15 minutes. Tell me who administers the cards and who can see GPS.
