After the audit

The list has to keep coming, or the leak returns.

A two-week picture goes stale. Prevention is the same match, every day, with a person still clearing the rows.

What continues

The connection stays read-only. New swipes get the same labels. Mixups keep going to dispatch. Missing gallons keep going to a reviewer. Bad sensors stay benched until the shop fixes them.

The Southeast fleet's four-month result, $18,400 and less idle, happened because the layer stayed up. A single heroic week would not have done that. I still will not promise you their dollars.

What it costs to continue

A small monthly fee after the audit. I do not print a price. If it stops paying, we stop. No long contract.

You can also stop after the two weeks and run the habit yourself. Some fleets should. I will say so if the volume is low.

What I look for

Prevention is a routine

01

Daily

Someone finishes the short list.

02

Monday

Someone reads the week.

03

When a sensor dies

That unit leaves the proof pile the same day.

Short answers

Before you book.

Next step

Let's see if the list should keep running.

The first decision is the two-week audit. The second decision can wait until you have seen your own rows.
