Corpay

A Corpay swipe still has to meet a truck.

Updated 2026-10-07

Corpay is the current name on a set of fleet payment products many shops still call Fleetcor. The card file has the gallons. GPS has the truck. I join them. You keep the cards.

Names on the card, same job in the audit

Fleets still say Fleetcor, Fuelman, or a private-label card that bills through the same family. I care about the transaction row: time, merchant, product, gallons, unit, driver if present. I do not need you to rebrand the wallet.

Public product pages from Corpay describe fleet cards, controls, and reporting. Those reports still do not, by themselves, prove the tractor was at the pump. That proof is the GPS match.

What I will not change

PIN rules, product locks, and gallon caps stay in your card admin. I will show you whether a swipe broke a rule you already wrote. I will not write a new rule into Corpay.

Checklist

  • Can you export a week of transactions with time and location?
  • Are any cards still branded under an older Fleetcor name?
  • Which GPS is on those units?
  • Who can close a card today?

Next step

Let's look at a week of Corpay swipes.

15 minutes. Card admin and GPS access are enough to start.

15 minutes. Your trucks, your systems, and whether an audit is worth it. I reply within one business day. Privacy.
