Open dollars
What is still missing a truck or a tank.
Spend review
Spend went out. This much is tied to trucks. This much is not, and here is who has the list. If the review takes longer than that, it is the wrong review.
Some fleets need ten minutes on Monday. Some need the note and no meeting. I will not install a standing hour. The Southeast reporting win was hours given back, not hours added.
Bring exceptions, not the 286 swipes. The sample week is a reminder that volume is not the same as work.
Operations says which rows they cleared and which habits repeated. Finance says whether the open dollars are still open. Nobody re-litigates a matched fill.

What I look for
What is still missing a truck or a tank.

Which units are still not allowed to prove anything.
Short answers
I will attend the first walkthroughs. The review should survive without me.
If the current meeting is a data hunt, yes. If it is a vendor negotiation, no. Keep that one.
Next step
Tell me what the current fuel meeting looks like. I will tell you what to stop bringing into the room.
