A labeled week

Two weeks
The clock starts when I can read the systems, not when we first talk. Your side is usually under an hour. The two weeks are the match.
First I learn the files: card, GPS, TMS, and whether tank data is usable. Then every swipe gets a label. Then you see the Monday shape and the daily list, and we walk through the open rows together.
I will not spend the two weeks building a slide. The deliverable is the labeled week and the list a person can finish.
You can stop. You keep the findings. If the picture is worth keeping live, a small monthly fee continues the connection. No long contract. If it does not pay, we stop.
I do not promise every fleet finds thousands. I promise the labels are honest.
What I look for
Verified, review, and unverifiable, with counts.
Short enough that someone will clear it.
So the first open rows are not a riddle.
Short answers
The two weeks start when access is actually in place. A waiting key is not a started audit.
Yes. Pull the keys. Working copies go away on the privacy timeline unless you ask to keep a finding pack.
Next step
The call is 15 minutes and does not start the two weeks. Access does.
