Drivers
No new app. They fuel the way they fuel now.
Managers get a daily list. The person who owns the numbers gets Monday. That is the product. It is not a portal your whole company has to adopt.
Samsara, Motive, Relay, WEX, Comdata, and your TMS stay the tools of record. If you run something else, we start there instead of selling you a replacement.
A new fuel platform asks the fleet to move. This work asks the fleet to grant a read. Those are different risks. I want the smaller one.
If you later want idle, off-hours, detention, or IFTA prep, those sit on the same read. They are not a second implementation.
What I look for
No new app. They fuel the way they fuel now.
No second place to tender a load.
A read-only key, not a six-month integration.
Short answers
No. It is a practice. Zack Shields does the analysis. The fleet does not take on a new system to learn.
You do not, for the audit itself. You book a call. The list comes to the people you name.
Next step
If a vendor is asking you to rip out GPS to find fuel theft, that is a different project. This is not that.
